 A parable that shows us the importance to persevere and not to renounce our dreams only by not to see immediate results.
A day I decided to give up. I renounced to my work, to my relation, to my spirituality. I wanted to renounce to my life. I went to the forest to have a last chat with God. "God", I told him. Would you be able to give me a good reason for not give up?" His answer surprised me." looks to your around", He said: "You see the fern and the bamboo?" "Yes", I responded. "When I sowed the seeds of the fern and the bamboo, I took care of them very well. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew. Its green brilliant covered the floor. But nothing grew of the seed of bamboo. Nevertheless I did not renounce to the bamboo. In the second year the fern grew more brilliant and abundant. And again, nothing grew of the seed of bamboo. But I did not renounce the bamboo." He said. "In the third year, even nothing sprouted of the seed of bamboo. But I did not renounce." He told me. "In the fourth year, again, nothing grew of the seed of bamboo. "I did not renounce" He said. "Then in the fifth year a small bud grew on the land. In comparison with the fern was apparently very small and insignificant. But only 6 months later the bamboo grew at more than 100 feet of height. It had passed five years throwing roots. Those roots did it strong and they gave it what needed to survive. "I would not give to any of my creations a challenge that could not bear" He told me. Both are essential for the life. Continues. The happiness maintains you Candy, The intents maintain you Hardly, The griefs maintain you Human, The falls maintain you Humble, The success maintains you Brilliant. But only God maintains you walking…. |

The last image that can have of an eagle will always be that of the majesty of its figure with its wings extended to the maximum. The eagle is presented many times as symbol to be able, of success.  The captain D. J. Uys, pilot of a great airplane of propulsion in abundance, took the microphone to be communicated with the airport. But in that brief interval of time, those scarce minutes, the fire appeared in the airplane and there was salvation for nobody. How many times a man leaves for its work and he gives an unpleasant kiss of farewell to its wife, to its children and it so he happens that is its last kiss? Or someone unworried says: -He is my last one spree, after this, I will not drink more-. And that night is the last one since fills the measure limit and dies of an cardiorespiratory arrest. The boy was not convinced of the philosophy of the father, but he whined in his bed. Few days later passed for the village the envoys of the king, seeking youths to carry them to him to the war. They came to the house of the elder, but as they saw the youth with their leg splinted, they left it and they continued of long. The young understood then that never one must give neither the misfortune neither the fortune as absolute, but always one must consider all the possibilities...  14th of October 1998, in a Transatlantic flight of the airline British Airways took place the following event: To a lady sat down it in the airplane next to a man of black person. The woman asked the flight attendant that changed her of place, because she could not be sat down next to a so unpleasant person.
The flight attendant argued that the flight was very full, but that would be going to revise to first class to see if perhaps would be able to find some free place. All the others passengers observed the scene with displeasure, not only by the fact in itself, but a by the possibility that there was a place for the woman in first class. The lady felt happy and even winner because her were going to remove it of that place and she not would be next of that person. Minutes later the flight attendant returned and informed to the lady: -Excuse me lady, but really all the flight is full... nevertheless fortunately I found an empty place in first class. Nevertheless, to be able to do this rate exchange I had to ask authorization to the captain. He indicated me that not could be obliged anybody to travel next to a so unpleasant person. The lady with face of triumph, she tried to leave her seat, but the flight attendant just then she turns and tells him the man of black race: -Mister, ¿would be you so kind to accompany me to his new seat? All the passengers of the airplane stood up and they applauded the action of the flight attendant. That year, the flight attendant and the captain were rewarded thanks to that attitude. Since that moment in the offices of British Airways read itself the following message: "The people can forget what you told them, the people can forget what did them, but never they will forget how caused felt them."
